Contemporary Modern House House Concept

The MF house project is complete innovation in the visual impact of Farinazzo jobs. The flat plots in closed condominium present the eternal challenge of the panorama, often obstructed by works or walls. An intelligent solution for the internal layout was the delimitation of the spaces in boxes determined for the convivial area and the intimate area. The high-ceilinged glass and corté steel façade finished in wooden ceiling hosts the main access hall and the social living rooms, opening onto the recreation area with lap pool, deck and outdoor lounge with fireplace. In the same line, it contains the gourmet space with access to balcony and kitchen. The service areas are isolated from the living areas and connected to the street by a lateral access. The box that constitutes the upper floor is supported in a structural column and is reserved for the suites. Black running brises control the entrance of natural light. The building uses noble materials: steel, iron, glass, wood, black PVC frames that harmonise and converse with the landscaping and have tones that revolutionise the collection of the architect Fernando Farinazzo.
